Terms and Conditions

These booking conditions apply generally to all bookings. There may be boats with special or different booking conditions, in which case you will be informed in advance and before accepting any payment; We also try to specify special booking conditions in the prices section on our website.

To confirm your reservation:
  • 50% of the total price is required as an advance to confirm your reservation. You can pay by bank transfer.
  • The rest will be paid the same day of your charter for daily charters or 1 month before the start period for reservations of one week or more, also by bank transfer or card.
  • You will receive a full summary of your booking confirmation and a draft rental agreement to be signed before the rental begins.

Adverse weather conditions*

In case of bad weather, the Captain will have the responsibility to decide if it is feasible and safe to leave. We all understand that customers want to have a good day on board, and strong winds or continuous rain will be cause for cancellation. The clouds and the light and short rains that are normal in Mallorca throughout the year are not a reason for cancellation.

The client agrees to:

  • Do not exceed the maximum capacity of people detailed in the summary of your reservation.
  • Respect the instructions of the crew.
  • Keep the music volume at a level that does not compromise the comfort of nearby boats.
  • Do not smoke inside the boat.
Cancellation policy

If the client cancels the reservation for any reason, we will do our best to rent the boat again for that date, in which case a full refund less €60 will be made. In the event that we cannot occupy that date with another reservation, the client will retain the following amounts:

  • Cancellations more than 29 days before the start date: 25% of the final price.
  • Cancellations between 30 and 7 days before the start date: 50% of the final price.
  • Cancellations less than 7 days before the start date: 100% of the final price.

If the cancellation comes from the supplier of the ship due to a breakdown, mechanical failure, bad weather * or any other unforeseen circumstance:

We will try to replace the boat with a similar or better option, or a cheaper one, refunding the difference in price. If we cannot find a replacement or if the client is not satisfied with the alternatives and cannot travel on a different date, the client is entitled to a full refund of any monies paid.
